CONSERVATIVE APPROACH | EXTRAORDINARY RESULTS

ABOUT US

NDG Capital Partners, LLC (“NDGCP”) acquires “value add” student housing and multifamily assets. Our investment focus is on well-located properties in stable markets where we enhance value through improved management, redevelopment and/or repositioning.

Our firm’s primary objective is to deliver superior returns to our investors and principals while maintaining a conservative approach to underwriting. The principals of NDGCP have been involved in well over $1 billion in transactions, and have a long and successful track record in the development, acquisition, financing, property management and asset management of numerous real estate asset types.

EXPERIENCE

NDGCP enjoys a collaborative relationship with its associated entities, Newman Development Group (“NDG”) and NDG Student Living. Since its establishment in 1986, the NDG portfolio of premium properties has exceeded $1 billion in various markets across the United States. NDG has acquired or developed several million square feet of retail, student housing, multifamily, office, industrial and mixed-use space.

NDG Student Living is the property management affiliate of NDG. The NDG Student Living team consists of industry professionals with significant management experience who utilize the most advanced industry software programs. The Student Living group consistently increases NOI while reducing annual operating expenses.

This affiliation allows NDGCP to benefit from a broad, integrated team of real estate professionals with extensive and diverse backgrounds, covering development/repositioning, construction, financing, and asset and property management, which provides for both an efficient and dependable acquisitions and ownership platform.
